The following are some of our activities we have offered to the community.

Helping aged people

In association with Easy Care Australia the members of the Sydney Tamil Manram undertake task of helping aged people with the help of STM volunteers. Sydney Tamil Manram is proud to see the smile on the face of the aged people after the job of cleaning has been done. This activity needs funding for Tea/coffee and lunches if needed.

Clean Up Australia

Sydney Tamil Manram every year participates in clean up Australia day. STM is proud to participate in this event and help our environment of Australia to be clean. This is an ongoing activity organised that helps our Australian environment in which aged people live. STM needs to funds to provide snacks, tea coffee and lunch for the volunteers.

Cultural promotion among the Tamil Community

Sydney Tamil Manram also helps keep the traditional culture of Tamil community through cultural events and other community activities. These activities helps aged Tamil community people lifestyle and brings in happier life. Our Children also has a chance to embrace the Tamil culture. These activities are normally held in a community hall and STM needs funds to hire these halls as well as serve food to people who are attending.
